NRG Group of companies is a fast-growing Global FMCG & EXIM company having offices in Ireland and Netherlands and India. Dealing with its worldwide suppliers and customer base for the past 10 years.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

We are looking for a person with commitment and who can stay for a long-time with us.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department’s staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods Marketing
• Proven track record of driving brand growth
• Good knowledge of digital and media trends
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive business strategy and results
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Very effective at building strong internal networks and able to operate with a wide range of people from different parts of the organisation and with external partners

Qualification Required

• Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate with a good academic track record in English Medium
